Green Building Toolkit

The goal of this website chapter is to help nonprofit organizations and others to understand green building, to identify information and financial resources, and to provide advice based on our experiences as nonprofit organizations who have built green buildings.

We also hope to inspire you that, regardless of your green building background, budget, or building size or type, you can be successful in designing and constructing a green building.

This site was developed by Southface with primary support from the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation. We are indebted to the Atlanta Community Food Bank and other nonprofit organizations for allowing us to tell their green building stories, as well as to our friends in the green building industry who generously share their wisdom, resources and passion for making our world better.

At Southface, we are committed to continual improvement and welcome your feedback on how we can make this chapter more useful. Good luck with your next green building project and let us know if we can be of help
